Our Products

Our much sought after local beef and lamb is supplied by Mill Brow Farm at Skelwith Bridge, subject to availability.

We make various sausages including traditional Cumberland, beef and a variety of pork sausages in addition we also make Black Pudding.

We have a range of own cooked meats and people come from miles around for our own homemade pies.

We sell local farm eggs and game is available to order from a local producer.

During the summer months we have a variety of barbecue foods and we can also cater for special occasions.

We are registered with the EBLEX Quality Standard scheme which gives consumers the highest levels of assurance about the beef anf lamb they buy. Our beef and lamb carries the EBLEX Quality Standard Mark. This shows that it meets UK Animal Welfare standards and UK processing, packaging and hygiene standards.
